- The Giants will make a bid to move up to this spot and make Manning the top pick.

2.)Cleveland

OT - Robert Gallery - Iowa 6-7, 320

- The Browns desperatley need a franchise LT and that's exactly what William Green and a 3rd round pick will get the Browns.

3.)Arizona

WR - Larry Fitzgerald - Pittsburgh 6-2, 200

- This is the guy that Denny Green knows and wants

4.)San Diego

WR - Mike Williams - USC 6-5, 220

- Big receiver will step in the hole left by the disgruntled David Boston

5.)Washington

TE - Kellen Winslow - Miami 6-5, 235

- New coach Gibbs will have a lot of weapons on offense with Winslow and Portis.

6.)Detroit

S - Sean Taylor - Miami 6-3, 220

- Taylor will team with Marion to give Detroit's defensive backfield a fearsome look.

7.)Oakland

WR - Roy Williams - Texas 6-4, 210

- Oakland trades down and is still able to get a dynamic playmaker at the WR position.

8.)Atlanta

DT - Tommie Harris - Oklahoma 6-3, 295

- Atlanta needs a defensive presence up the middle and Harris gives them that force.

9.)Jacksonville

DE - Will Smith - Ohio State 6-4, 260

-Jacksonville was hoping for Roy Williams to slide, but coach Del Rio will be happy taking a disruptive force like Smith.

10.)Houston

DT -Vince Wolfork - Miami 6-2, 345

- Wilfork will be a perfect fit as a nosetackle in the Texans 3-4 scheme.

11.)Pittsburgh

QB - Ben Roethlisberger - Miami(OH) 6-5, 242

- Pittsburgh cannot let another great MAC QB pass them by. They find a gem as Big Ben slides down to 11.

12.)New York Jets

CB - DeAngelo Hall - Virginia Tech 5-11, 200

- By getting stood up at the altar by Antoine Winfield, the Jets almost have to take a playmaking corner and Hall has the skills to step in the lineup right now.

13.)Buffalo

- The last time that Buffalo had a good DE they were playing for titles. Udeze will give them a force off the edge that they presently lack.
